Everyone should try at least one of these classes in their lifetime! There's a little bit of everything for everyone! Also, the owner is an amazing person! Not only is this healing for the body, but this gym has the power to soothe even the most restless of souls! 10/10 would recommend! Give it a try! It's REALLY FUN!

I just attended a special workshop (lover's lap dance) here with a friend. It was very reasonably priced, and was BYOB. We put on something comfortable before heading there, and were greeted by the owner upon entering the space. The owner was very nice, knowledgeable, and fun! The space is really cool. They have a variety of poles, some stationary and some spinning. They have a lot of other equipment as well, so you can tell that they teach a variety of fitness and dance classes there. The owner was there with two other trainers, and they showed us a few moves on the poles while we enjoyed the happy hour social before the workshop started. The workshop itself was very fun! It's a GREAT workout, you feel good about your body, and everyone is extremely body positive and fun to be around. Someone even won a $25 gift card for having the sexiest outfit. It was very fun and my friend and I talked about coming back to try some of their other classes in the future.

We had a pole dancing class with instructor Erica yesterday afternoon. We had a lot of fun, however, she was on her apple watch multiple times checking her notifications and messages. She was also late showing up to open the building and a few of us had to wait 10 minutes past when she said she would be there. We paid a lot of money to do this class and it was rude of her to be checking her watch in the middle of it. I would not recommend this studio and if I want to take another class like this one I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Just went to the intro to aerial fitness class and already can’t wait to go back! We learned both aerial yoga and aerial sculpt during the class. Jen is a highly knowledgable instructor with many years of fitness experience. She was amazing at guiding us and helping us release tension and “let go” into the silks. Highly recommend this class and studio if you’re looking for something fresh and new in your workout routine!

Had a blast here for my bachelorette party!!! Heidi is an absolute pro and made us all feel so comfortable and confident! Definitely recommend!
